THE POWER OF THE 3 W’s: WIN – WIN – WIN
Every business follows certain values but only a few truly live by them every single day. For me and my business there are three “W’s” that are the most crucial and important parameters. I give the highest priority to these 3 W’s and religiously follow them in order to achieve meaningful growth.
Do you know what these 3 W’s are and whom they refer to?
They are WIN, WIN and WIN. They stand for Me, My Team and My Customers.
The first win is my win. This is inevitable and necessary for any business to survive and grow. My win is about financial growth, brand growth and time freedom. When the business grows financially, it becomes stable. When the brand grows, it gains trust and recognition. When time freedom improves, it allows me to think creatively, plan better and serve customers with more focus. Ultimately, this win brings positive and significant changes to both me and my business.
The second win is my team’s win. I strongly believe that a business cannot grow without the people who work behind it. My team and staff have their own personal lives, dreams and responsibilities. I am happy to see they are growing not only in their professional careers but also with their personal lives. I strongly support them with guidance, respect and a healthy work environment. When my team feels safe, valued and secure, they naturally give their best. Their happiness and growth directly reflect in the quality of work we deliver.
The third and most heartfelt win is my customers’ win. This win is extremely important to me. I ensure that my customers always receive more value than what they pay for. The values should be in multiple forms like Personal consultation, Suggesting them suitable designs by understanding their body type and preferences. I give top priority to outfit quality, perfect fitting and timely alterations. If any fix or alteration is needed, it is done as early as possible so customers receive their outfits without stress.
One of the most important commitments I make to my customers is on time delivery. I mention the delivery date when we take orders itself and make sure the outfits are ready on the same promised date. This will definitely build trust and peace of mind to my customers, especially for big events like Bridal and special occasion orders.
Beyond all these three wins, there is a greater and ultimate win that is our country’s win. When I grow as a business owner, when my team grows with dignity and stability and when my customers receive true value and satisfaction, Yes it creates a positive ripple effect. In terms of ethical business practices, quality craftsmanship and fair employment contribute to a stronger and rich economy when individuals, teams and customers win together, our country naturally progresses and wins too.
Yes, I strictly follow a process to achieve these three wins. When these 3 W’s are aligned, everyone is happy … I am happy, my team is happy and most importantly, my customers are super happy. This balance is the true success of my business.
